For the past 10 years, Dean has worked as both a talent and casting director in Tokyo. His expert knowledge of the industry, as well as his personal connection to agencies and talent, have helped him place hundreds of talent in everything from fashion shows to commercial videos. He has worked with production companies from London, directors from LA, and of course with local creators in Tokyo. He has also brought models from around the world to work on projects in Japan. Dean prides himself on knowing first hand the talented professionals within the entertainment industry and works personally to submit only the talent he believes will complement a project.
